At Palazzo Pitti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
